Q: Why i can’t find the the ‘Xbox Wireless Controller’ blutooth?A: 1.Turn off the controller, long press ‘Power key’ for more than 8 seconds until the light flashes.2.Delete the existing Blutooth device on your iPhone and search again.

Q: Why i can not play the game after connection?A: 1. Some games do not support the controller mode, please check if the game supports controller operation before playing.2. Some controller supported games need to select ‘controller mode’ in the game settings before you using the controller. For example: Genshin lmpact.3. lf you want to test if the controller can work normally or not, you can download the ‘Combat Modern 5’ or ‘Asphalt 9 Legends’ to test, they fully support direct play.

Long press ‘Reset’ hole on the controller to reset the gamepad2.After reset, if it still doesn’t work ,please download ‘game controller’ from App store, open ‘game controller’,then press each key on gamepad to check if it is work, If the button is normal, there will be a mapping response on the ‘game controller’ App. If the gamepad is defective, please let us know, we will help you solve the problem.
