Nintendo has announced that the original Bayonetta will be receiving an official physical release on September 30th, 2022, priced at $29.99 USD. Quantities from select retailers will reportedly be limited, with pre-orders set to also be available via the My Nintendo Store. At launch in the west, the original Bayonetta was merely a download code that was included with select physical copies of Bayonneta 2, with it yet to receive a proper cartridge release on Switch. Previously, one was only obtainable by purchasing the Japanese Bayonneta 2 collector’s edition.
